Before you reschedule
Dubai orders must be rescheduled at least 4 hours before your slot. Other emirates require 14 hours notice. If your slot is already locked, please contact customer service and we'll do our best to help.
Orders containing smoked items are not eligible for the 10:00 – 12:00 slot in Dubai.
Slot availability depends on capacity. If a slot is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
